I feel like I don’t have much to say about this box, but we’ll take a look. 1 bunch of kale 1 bunch of carrots 1 bulb of fennel 3 spring onions 2 apples 4 mandarin oranges 1 hass avocado 1 box of strawberries Okay so the obvious ones that I just ate: carrots, apples, oranges, and strawberries. Coyote Creek

Back at the car

Just a real quick post about our bike ride today! We did almost 12 miles along a cute paved out and back trail. It started at this great park with a lot of people enjoying the weather, and then dipped into some woods, through a meadow, along some houses, and it actually continues for about 30 miles all the way to Morgan Hill. We just decided to turn around after about 6 miles.

Also, this year’s surprise cake was the Disney castle logo! Loved it! Eric also finished his snowboard bench yesterday. It’s built out of redwood 2×4′s and is re-using old snowboards from high school. It will live on our front… (more)

Started on a ridge, dipped into a valley, followed a creek through some second growth redwoods, and came back up on the opposite ridge. This is just east of Oakland in a park where there used to be lots of redwood trees before they were all chopped down for building materials in the mid to late 1800s. Now there… (more)
